  Probably the most pathetic attempt of decent customer service I have ever experienced at a time hortons. Go through the drive thru and have to tell them which questions to ask me.to make my order correct. Even then they still have the odacity to put in a piss poor effort and screw up my order. Employees seem to think they should choose what you actually want for your breakfast. Very poor hygiene by most employees as well. Tim Horton was a great hockey player and it's sad that the employees at this location tarnish his legacy so much

  My coffee is never ever made properly...I get 3 times the amount of sugar and cream than what I ordered and today they totally messed the entire order up and didn't realize until I was home....and as a special bonus....got to the bottom of the cup only to feel something touch my lip...took the lid off to find a piece of semi hard plastic in my cup... absolutely grossed out.....this will be my last purchase from this location ever....I'm going to MacDonalds from here on out.

  Undercooked bacon. Does anybody on earth prefer undercooked rubbery bacon to crispy bacon?? Also, the potato wedges are half rotten and undercooked. Have to watch where you bite or you will get a mouthful of decay. The wraps are only half full.
  
  This review is not directed at this location specifically, It applies to all locations. There is a pattern of undercooked food, half filled wraps and rotting ingredients at all Tims locations. The undercooked bacon is the big one. GROSS!
