  Good prices, good food. If you're looking for a really authentic experience, I'd probably go elsewhere (Calgary) but if you just want tasty Indian food for a very fair price, this place is prefect. Excellent customer service.

  We have been going to the Tandoori Hut since it opened. I can finally say that I have found fantastic Indian food, this side of the Atlantic!
  The portions are great, the chicken comes in proper big chunks, the lamb is beautifully tender and everything is flavourful.
  The owner is super friendly and if like most of us Brits, you want something other than butter chicken, just ask, they can make all the curries we are used to.
  I truly hope this restaurant succeeds!!

  I was really excited when Tandoori Hut moved into the neighbourhood. I however had mixed results with my visit... We got the butter chicken/lamb curry box with coconut rice, garlic naan, and paneer pakora.
  
  The Good: Nice and clean atmosphere, good price, large portion, paneer pakora was soft and flavourful, and lamb was tender.
  
  The Bad: The box comes with both dishes topped over each other - these are two very different flavours to be putting together. Usually packaging would come with two separate sections to put each of the sauces which could be shared with the rice - enjoying each flavour on its own. The coconut rice was so unbelievably mushy, watery and flavourless - it made the box look like a thick soup at the bottom. There was barely any butter chicken and the sauce was beyond flavourless. The same went for the garlic naan - it was flavourless and quite thick. Finally the mango chutney on top had a very weird taste to it - we had to scrape the entire top of the box contents with the frites to remove the taste.
  
  Overall, while there were some highlights, I found overall most of the meal to be quite lacking the punch of bold flavours that are so amazing in this cooking.
