  I popped in here with my family recently and we immediately felt rushed to sit down and order food and drinks by the waitress. We ordered our food and drinks and ate and drank. Then 2 of us left to drop 1 off and 2 of us waited for 1 to return. The waitress came around and asked if we could pay as she saw our card on the table and we said we will wait a bit still until 1 returns. She then almost instantly came back to the table with the machine and basically forced us to pay like she thought we might dine and dash or something. To top it all off in the middle of the night I had a BAD case of food poisoning. Everything coming out of everywhere. The only reason we went here was because our favorite sushi place ZENBU is closed on Mondays. Do not consume food here it's mediocre and will make you sick. Go to ZENBU instead!!!

  Food is great, service is usually pretty good. Never had a super long wait, or a rude waitress. The AYCE has a pretty good selection, and is all delicious. I wish they had unlimited fountain drinks, though!

  First time ordering from Kirala. Amazing food & great quality! Usually I'm picky when it comes to my sushi so I was nervous about ordering, but I can safely say I now have two places that a must go!

  The sushi is petty good. The service is pretty awful. I been a few times before and a younger girl was very polite and tentative, however she was the only waitress for 8 tables. Being served by the older women was disappointing. She dropped off my food several times while she spoke on the phone and I waited over 30 minutes for my bill; just to discover the entire staff was sitting and having lunch in a booth. With a mouth full of food she said it's $33.33. I wont be back.

  Food quality is ok. Fish portions are tiny for all you can eat; they served a pea sized piece of tuna and called that one serving. Service is SLOW; was there for 2.5 hours of all you can eat, left not feeling full. They also missed large parts of our first order after we waited over an hour. All this while there were only 3 tables in the restaurant.
