  I did not want to post this as the Harvey's fast food chain is generally quite well done. I have been to this Harvey's location three times, and each time, it has been a disappointing experience. We received a coupon for the build-your-own bowl experience and decided to give this Harvey's another chance. Service was slow even though it was past lunch time. It is usually expected that if a fast food franchise acquires new items on the menu, staff would be trained in how to enter it and how to apply coupons. Harvey's​ is known for their toppings selection and even advertise about offering guacamole. Unfortunately there was no guacamole, as they ran out, and the staff make it difficult to obtain more than a teaspoon of each topping i.e. salsa or corn and beans. This was unexpected as other Harvey's are generally less stingy on toppings and the picture I am posting with this review is the result of asking for certain toppings thrice. I would rather drive all the way to Calgary the next time I have a cravings for Harvey's to avoid the unpleasant wait, difficult service and lack of toppings.

  Terrible service. Food was cold. And they told me after we ordered an waited, that they were put of multiple condiments and had no kids toys for the kids meal. What a ripoff. It would have been cheaper to get the kids an adult meal, but of course they wanted a toy.

  Needs more attention to the cleanliness of the place. Garbages were full, and garbage on the tables. The pickles were also different from all the OTHER Harvey's that I'm used to chopped instead or sliced.

  Okay, so this is the absolute best fast food joint ever!!! We always come close to closing and they always give us the absolute best service - whatever we want and with a smile! The burgers are always perfect - the hot dogs are amazing & the fries are always fresh. The other day they gave us a sample of the key lime donut & they were AMAZING! We started getting them with every order!! Shout out to Guarav & Irwin for being the absolute best!!!!
