  Visited April 23, 2017. My boyfriend and I counted 12 people visible in the front end of the restaurant and we stood there with a line building behind us for at least 10 minutes before anyone looked at, acknowledged, or served us. Very disappointing that drive thru was getting all the attention when we walked in thinking it would be faster. Now we know better.

  By far, the worst Tim hortons i have ever been to. Just moved to airdrie a few months ago and every single time i have ordered food they find some way to screw it up. Getting really tired of getting to work and having the wrong coffee and food, its a complete waste of my money. Doesnt matter how many times you have to correct yourself at the window so they dont put CHEESE on something. How hard is that? I wish there were more tim hortons in airdrie so i never have to go back to this one again. BY FAR THE WORST ONE.

  Quick and efficient, would be nice to get an edible amount of cream cheese on my bagel although getting the bagel out in 15 seconds doesn't mean you neglect quality

  As much as I love Tim hortans I went to the timmies in airdrome and I witnessed the lady at the window lick the top of my iced Capp to get the access of the top of the lid.... that is disgusting. I also began to tell them they made it with cream and not milk like i had asked.. and I got a different women raising her voice at me saying I was wrong. The two iced Capps look quite different. This was a very bad experience they're customer service was the worst ever.
