  We love eating at Thai Charm...the food is colourful and tasty...and the portions are substantial. The staff is pleasant and friendly. It is our go to place when we aren't in the mood for cooking and we are new to town so we look forward to sharing it with our friends and family in the future.

  Been here 3 times now. Every time I walk away hungry. Service is poor. When I tell the server the food isn't as described on the menu she smiled at me and said "okay thank you" and walked away. Food is extremely overpriced. My wife's green curry had only two different kinds of vegetables in it. And my spicy drunken (which was supposed to be one of the hottest menu item) had no heat or flavour. We will no longer be giving this establishment anymore chances. It's a shame because I really like Thai food.

  This was a 5 star review for a long time for me, but the new owners have changed how they prepare the dishes slightly - and you're not sure how it'll come out. For example we always got the Pad See Ew and now they put a bunch of pepper on it... but Thai food with a bunch of black pepper? Yuck.
  
  The service is great. There's one lady that has been there the whole time and she's amazing, very sweet and friendly.
  
  We're going to get some Thai for my dinner tonight... haha and ask them to leave the pepper out of the the dishes.

  This place recently changed owners I believe, they changed their menu and everything, which is what is stopping me from giving it a perfect score since I haven't had much of the new menu.
  It used to be strictly Thai cuisine, which was absolutely delicious! They still have the old dishes, which is nice, but they are also pushing Chinese food with that.
  Not sure about that, but the Thai food was the best in Airdrie, and the old owner was the kindest lady ever.
