  My dear friend, Esther Widmann, and I had lunch here today and, WOW, you must have their flatbread with prosciutto ham, apple and caramelized onions. Incredible! Coffee is not that watered down insipid boredom you witness at the competition everyone seems to flock to. Theirs has body and richness. The staff is great and the atmosphere is relaxed yet lively with a big outside patio on a fine day. Highly recommended!

  First time visiting this place, stopped in for an afternoon coffee with my friend and our 3 year olds. Loved that they had a little area for the kids to play with toys and books. I didn't try the food but it smelled great and lots on the menu. My latte was excellent and they were able to make it "skinny" at my request and chocolate milk for my daughter even though it wasn't on the menu. I hear they are also licensed, which would come in handy in the warmer months as they have a nice little patio outside to sit at. I would return, especially being I can bring my little one and have an area she can play.

  I was so excited when Sorso opened and I often schedule my coffee dates with friends at there. Unfortunately over the past few months it's gone a little down hill in my opinion.
  On their site it says" Sorso means "to sip" in Italian, and that's exactly what we at Sorso Coffee Social want you to do." That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. My last two coffee dates there have been rather disappointing. On one of them, a friend and I were catching up over some lattes I and when the place got busy, we were asked to pay our bills and leave so others could have our seats. Shortly after, I decided to shake it off and try again. My friend had to wait over 15 minutes for her drink and they forgot about her hummus plate. It's unfortunate because we used to go to Sorso frequently. I love the idea of Sorso, but I think they're trying to do too much, they're disorganized and as a result their customer service is lacking.

  Place used to be a great spot. Unfortunately, this coffee shop has been going very downhill in the past couple of months. 15 min wait for coffee, Hot beverages not as good, always out of kombucha, Just over all poorer service. Really wish they would have their old staff back. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

  Went for lunch during a work day and the food was amazing, but service not so great. It took a long time to get our food and we were running late. I decided to give them another try the next day and bring my out of town in laws because the food was so good and atmosphere relaxing. We were there for lunch; however the power went out (apparently a city issue) and we couldn't get our meals. We had my 4 year old son there who couldn't wait forever, so we had to leave after 45 minutes. I asked if we could be compensated for the inconvenience and the manager and staff for pretty defensive, saying it wasn't their fault and fell back on the fact that "the service was good, wasn't it?" The service was actually worse than the day before because our server had no personality at all. To top it all off, we have to come back to pay for our bill because apparently they can't calculate a total using a calculator (we were paying cash). What a huge inconvenience for us and they were so unwilling to knock off even 10% ( which they eventually did). I'm so disappointed because I was looking forward to going to this place on a weekly basis but I'm not even sure I'll go back after this poor effort to retain customer satisfaction.
